About the Practitioner

Hello, my name is Julie Fazzina, and Ive been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. Over the 16 years of nursing, Ive touched on many fields. Ive worked in Oncology, Med-Surg, Orthopedic Surgery, Rehab, ICU,Telemetry, Teaching Medical Assisting and Certified Nursing Aid programs, Clinics, OBGYN Doctors Office, Homecare, Chronic and Acute Hemodialysis. I still work as a Registered Nurse, therefore, my massage therapy business is an appointment only establishment.

About 7 years ago, I decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy in order to combine my love for Eastern medicine with Western Medicine. I graduated The Center for Massage Therapy CCMT in Newington, CT and have been massaging since receiving my license in 2008. I am an Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (abmp) member and have been Nationally and Board Certified by NCBTMB. I delve into many types of massage, which you can peruse on my Services and Rates page. Im always adding new modalities and taking courses for different massage styles.

Most recently I became a distributor of Young Living Essential Oils, which I use during the massage sessions. These oils cannot be purchased in stores, so if you'd like more information regarding these oils click here:
Young Living Essential Oils
After clicking on that site, you can sign on as a member under me and receive the same 25% discount & benefits that I enjoy. Click here for instructions to sign up: Young Living Discount Membership

Young Living Essential Oils are 100% Natural & Therapeutic Grade. They are so pure that you can and  SHOULD ingest them (please inquire about resources, protocols & classes regarding their uses). Young Living also allows you to visit their USA farms to view the 'seed to seal' process. You can see exactly how and what goes into their bottles... which is just the pure oil. I am not only a distributor, but a consumer. In fact, there are case studies for different ailments like depression, anxiety, insomnia, colitis, migraines...etc. Please inquire if you'd like to learn about the protocols on how to utilize these oils to help alleviate symptoms from various illnesses. Western medicine has its place, but too many of us are taking way too many medications for things that can be helped naturally. Why place undo stress on your Kidneys and body when there is a gentler, healthier, more natural way.

Prevention is key, so I also believe in Qigong, Meditation, Stretching, Chiropractics, Accupuncture, exercise and a healthy diet. I am certified to teach Qigong Level I and will be offering classes soon. For more information on Qigong click here: www.Qigong.com

I will be offering classes to help reduce stress and improve your overall health. More information regarding those classes, ie, Qigong Level I and beginners classes for Young Living Essential Oils will be coming soon. There will be quite a variety of upcoming classes, so please follow this website and my page on Facebook- 'Massage Therapy Wellness & Bodywork'.  If you're interested in receiving emails from me regarding these upcoming events or specials that I will run throughout the year, send me a message from the contact information page.

I thank you for taking the time to visit my website, and congratulate you on participating in some type of bodywork and wellness program.  You can contact me anytime for questions at 860-337-1BOD
